Kristina Kolk, MA


Kristina is Hotel Operations Training Manager at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. On a daily basis, she handles guest issues and special requests. She takes the first hand information and creates operational training programs for the Front Desk, build mentorship classes, videos, upsell trainings, cross-departmental technical training for hotel operations, as well as internship programs for the community. She also partners with senior management to create progressive curricula to keep the resort and its staff at the quality level demanded by stakeholders. Previously, she served as Resort Manager of this 3,000 room resort. Before joining The Cosmopolitan, Kristina served numerous roles at Caesars Entertainment including Corporate Human Resources Communications Analyst, Corporate Talent & Development Training Specialist and Front Desk Manager. She holds a Master of Arts degree in International Relations. Organizations that benefit from her volunteer work include the Association of Hospitality and Tourism, Opportunity Village, Habitat for Humanity and Three Square Food Bank. Kristina’s passion is in helping individuals find and achieve their career goals.
