To download an image, click on the image itself and it will open the full resolution version on another page or tab. Right click on this larger image and select "save image as". When using Zoom, next to "Stop Video" is an arrow. Click the arrow to select "Choose virtual background" then navigate to where you saved the image to select your background.
Note: if your video is mirrored, the TISOH logo or any lettering will appear backward. Rest assured, they still appear correctly to others but you can toggle mirroring on and off as well.
